Hello. I am curious of these BOTS that are showing as a registered user.

This usergroup is meant for search engine bots. phpBB 3.3 has the ability to overcome the common problems that search engine spiders encounter when spidering your board. For more information on managing settings for each bot, see https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... m_spiders/ which says

Bots use permissions set by the predefined Bots group. Identifying bots is important so that phpBB can serve them content which is more appropriate for search engines
