Not sure what kind of help are you looking for specifically as it's really about just following the steps outlined in the upgrade guide? These upgrades can be daunting when being done the first time, but really it's just about following each step. Also, new versions of phpBB are released on a regular basis so it's a good idea to keep up with the updates as they are released or you will find yourself in the same position in a few years as software support ages out.
