you apparently had that style installed before. if you did not actually uninstall it before you updated/ugraded phpBB then the database thinks it is still installed and that you or some other member has it set as their style. so, it can't find it.
simply upload that style folder again and it will work. If you then do not want to use that style do a proper uninstall from the styles section of the admin panel.
