Hello thecoalman,Go into phpMyadmin in your hosting control panel, open the *phpbb*_users table. *phpBB* might be different if you used a custom prefix.
The first user listed with user id 1 should be the anonymous account. Put check next to it. Scroll to the bottom of table and next to "with selected" click export. Post the results here, we only need theINSERT INTO `phpbb_users`line(s).

While in your hosting control panel check the error log for anything that might be associated with this. You can load the page just before looking so any errors generated will be right at the top. It may have better information.
