I doubt I would post and answer requiring access to the ACP when the problem is that you've lost access to the ACP .
Is that work with ACP forum not cpanel?
The instructions mention phpMyAdmin but any other database management tool your host provides will do.
The strange thing is that you mentioned having forgotten the password of the ACP, but that is the same as your board user password.
Also, you mention writing a mail to request a new password
A click on I forgot my password and entering the mailaddress you had used when creating your admin/founder account should be sufficient.
