Just installed the latest version, December 2023. When I create a new forum, it does not show up at the top level.
I have my admin account and created a second account without privileges just for testing.
With the admin account, created a new forum called: 14th Amendment. I "expect" the top level list of forums to be displayed immediatly upon belong logged on. Or even when visiting the board without logging on.
Log on with the non admin account and I cannot see it. I attempted to insert an image but don't know what to do with: (bracket)img (bracket) ... hopefully you understand.

Is there anything else I need to write to explain the situation?
