Go into the ACP >> Users & Groups tab >> Manage groups link on left >> Click members link in the administrators row and you can add them on the next page. If you select "set as default group" they will get the red color for username, it's just ornamental.
If you want to limit admins can click the permissions tab >> Administrators link on left >> highlight administrators group and click edit permissions. Assign them a different role, if no role fits edit an appropriate one.
Founders always have full access to everything in the ACP, even if you removed yourself from the administrators group you would still have full access to the ACP. Founders can only be added or removed by other founders. You would have to look up the user in the ACP and on their main page is option to add or remove them as founder.
Quick tip, create dummy account and set it as founder. If in the future your account is compromised you will be able to get into the ACP with dummy account.
